Treatment of erectile dysfunction characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. This includes the treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged 18 to 64 years.
Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Sildenafil 100 mg
Dapoxetine 60 mg
Auxiliary components:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, povidone PVP K30, magnesium stearate.

Treatment of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation: Take orally approximately 1 hour before planned sexual activity. A single dose is 50 mg of sildenafil and 30 mg of dapoxetine (half a Biolegam tablet). Based on efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 100 mg of sildenafil and 60 mg of Dapoxetine. The maximum single dose is 100 mg of sildenafil and 60 mg of Dapoxetine. The maximum frequency of administration is once daily. For elderly patients over 65 years of age and with concomitant renal or hepatic impairment, the dose is 25 mg.
